The Art Walk

The Art Walk was devised several years ago by the Hope Artists Guild to introduce residents and vistors to the famous Hope wood carvings and work by members of the Guild, and also serves as a fund-raiser for the gallery.

The Art Walk Map shows a route passing most of the chain-saw carvings by local woodcarvers, including Pete Ryan, an honorary lifetime member of the Hope Artists Guild. Also on the route are many businesses which exhibit art work by members of the Hope Artists' Guild.

Art Walk maps are available at the Hope Visitors Bureau on Water Street, and at many of the retail stores and businesses in Hope, as well as at the Hope Arts Gallery. Advertising in the Art Walk Map is a substantial and important fund-raiser for the gallery.
